Non-Prescription Warranty Policy

We offer a warranty for non-prescription purchases made on or at authorized GUNNAR retailers in the Philippines. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for either 30 days, one (1) or two (2) years, depending on the product performance level.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on frames, lenses, or coatings.

To file a warranty claim, you'll need:

1. Order number (for purchases on

Prescription Warranty Policy

The GUNNAR prescription warranty policy covers your frame against defects in materials and defects in the lens AR coating for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Please note that scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under the GUNNAR warranty. Additionally, damages caused by accidents, neglect, improper use, or improper storage are also not covered under warranty.

To make a warranty claim, you will need the following information:
